Advance Auto Parts at 459 Keller Parkway Suite A, Keller, Texas.

I came to Advance Auto Parts today for a couple of reasons, all of which Darren helped me with. First he was super friendly. I came in to drop off a bunch of oil for recycling, and he showed me where I could do so, then told me not to worry about taking my empty containers with me, that he would take care of it for me. Then he was really helpful looking up a part number for me in addition to helping me get my online order I had placed earlier in the day. Finally, as I was leaving, I saw him helping a mom with a kid in her arms diagnose and then change out a brake light in her car. All in all, he was just very personable, and gave great, cheerful customer service. And for what it's worth, this is right after I had an extremely poor customer service experience at one of their competitors. Thanks, Darren!

I had car trouble and check engine light came on. stop in and they told me about the error codes. when we checked the battery it had been leaking acid all in the engine area and caused all kinds of damage. I purchased a new battery and had them install it. because of the damage the battery cables would not connect to start my car. they worked for over an hour trying to get it started and finally did. they were extremely helpful and i will shop NO WHERE ELSE FOR ANY AUTO NEEDS IN THE FUTURE. They were amazing!! Cant say enough!
